Terms & Conditions — pk4232 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User" or "Account Holder") and pk4232 (the "Platform", "Operator" or "We/Us"), governing your access to and use of the pk4232 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pk4232.cam and any related sub-domains, applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this overall Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pk4232, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity).
2. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
3. You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
4. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law, and you have independently verified this obligation.
5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of pk4232 or any of its affiliated entities, technology partners or service providers.
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from pk4232 or had an Account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms, unless the Platform has explicitly reinstated your eligibility in writing.
7. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual may hold only one active Account on pk4232. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any payment information required for account verification. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk4232 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to protect your credentials.

pk4232 reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following conditions of use at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security feature, technical control or access restriction on the Platform.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Platform games, odds feeds or betting markets in any unauthorised manner.
• You will not engage in any activity that constitutes cheating, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or exploitation of any technical error or software fault.
• You accept that all gaming outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by the actual result of real-world sporting events, and that pk4232 does not guarantee any particular outcome.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that past results are not indicative of future outcomes.
• You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any laws relating to online gaming, financial transactions and data protection.

All deposits must be made using payment methods that are currently available in your Account dashboard. pk4232 references familiar Pakistan-market payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and local bank transfers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as local payment context only. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice. None of these payment providers endorse, affiliate with or support pk4232.

All funds deposited into your pk4232 Account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person may be declined and returned, less any applicable processing fees.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times and any applicable transaction fees are set out in the Platform's payment information section within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

Cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) may be available — check your Account dashboard for current supported options. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to applicable network fees and conversion rates at the time of processing.

pk4232 is not responsible for delays, losses or errors arising from third-party payment processor systems, network issues or factors outside the Platform's direct control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements. pk4232 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address and payment-method verification prior to processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the timescales set out in the Platform's payment information section. Processing times vary by method and may be affected by verification requirements, banking hours and third-party payment processor schedules.

Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. Where this is not possible, pk4232 may request alternative payment details from the Account holder.

Real-money funds that remain uninvested in any active wager or game session may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification and any applicable minimum withdrawal amount. Bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 8.

pk4232 reserves the right to delay, withhold or void a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Account policy breach or an unresolved dispute.

pk4232 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, reload bonuses and other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly disclosed at the point of acceptance. The following general principles apply to all bonus offers:

• One bonus per offer per Player: Unless stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per eligible Account holder.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount). Winnings derived from bonus funds will not be available for withdrawal until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Game contribution: Different game types may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in individual offer terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-wager limit may apply. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus balance is in play may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Abuse prevention: pk4232 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts, where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms is detected.

Bonus figures referenced on the Platform (including illustrative amounts such as PKR 25,000 or PKR 1,000 minimum deposits) are provided as examples only. Actual offer values and terms are confirmed at the point of offer acceptance and may differ.

All sporting event bets placed on pk4232 are settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body, competition organiser or recognised data provider — unless a specific alternative settlement rule is stated in the applicable sport-specific rules. pk4232's sports betting markets may include cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC and other events. Reference to these sports and competitions does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC, UFC or any associated team or governing body.

Casino games, live dealer titles and slots are powered by certified third-party Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Illustrative RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the Platform are theoretical long-run statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

Bets are final once confirmed. pk4232 reserves the right to void any bet where: a palpable error in odds has occurred; the outcome of an event was already determined at the time of betting; there is evidence of system manipulation or collusion; or any other circumstance arises that renders the settlement of a bet manifestly unfair.

In-play (live) betting markets open and close rapidly in response to match events. pk4232 takes reasonable steps to ensure odds accuracy but accepts no liability for bets accepted at odds that were subject to a palpable error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk4232 Platform and constitutes material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under a false identity or the identity of another person.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime activity.
• Attempting to withdraw funds deposited but not genuinely wagered (deposit cycling or structuring to exploit bonuses).
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets, scrape data or interact with Platform systems without authorisation.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker-format games.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or undisclosed vulnerabilities in any Platform game or system.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or discriminatory communication with Platform support staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, knowing that such access is not permitted.
• Attempting to charge back deposits via a payment provider after those funds have been wagered on the Platform.

pk4232 cooperates with relevant authorities in relation to financial crime investigations and will disclose Account information where legally required to do so.

pk4232 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• KYC verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable time when requested.
• Fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected in connection with the Account or associated payment methods.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement instruction requires Account action.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method, subject to KYC verification.

A Player may also choose to close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Players wishing to self-exclude for responsible-gambling reasons should refer to the Responsible Gambling page for the appropriate process.

All content on the pk4232 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface designs, software code, game assets, data feeds and promotional material — is the property of pk4232 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pk4232.

The pk4232 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Their use in any commercial, promotional or comparative context without explicit permission is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk4232, its directors, employees, agents, technology partners and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from wagering activities on the Platform, whether or not such loss results from a technical error, game outcome, data feed issue or any other cause.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive loss or damage of any kind.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity.
• Service interruptions, Platform downtime or technical unavailability outside pk4232's reasonable control.
• The actions or failures of third-party payment processors, game content providers or data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk4232's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by the Operator's proven gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk4232 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

pk4232 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to help Account holders manage their gaming activity, including personal deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via your Account settings or by contacting support.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss, that no outcome is guaranteed, and that it is your responsibility to gamble within your personal means. You agree that you will not use the Platform as a means of generating income or recovering previous losses.

pk4232 will not knowingly permit an Account holder who has activated self-exclusion to continue accessing betting or casino services during the exclusion period. It is the Account holder's responsibility to contact support if they believe self-exclusion is not being applied correctly.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk4232 is licensed and incorporated. Specific licensing and incorporation details are made available to Players upon verified request through the Account support channel.

Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable domestic legislation may independently govern their activities. pk4232 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole obligation to obtain independent legal advice if they are uncertain about the lawfulness of their participation.

Any dispute between a Player and pk4232 that cannot be resolved through the Platform's support channel should be submitted to the relevant dispute resolution process specified in the Platform's licensing documentation. pk4232 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for disputes relating to Platform operations.

pk4232 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Account holders — via email notification, an in-Platform message, or a prominent notice on the website — prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent review was completed.
